Billing Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Billing Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the payment obligations between you (“Customer”) and Reset Peak (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Reset Peak operates as a DBA of CNBK Peak Wellness LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA, and is owned by CNBK Peak Wellness Group Ltd, registered in Ireland.

By purchasing our products or using our Services, you agree to these Billing Terms.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing

  • All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.

  • Taxes and fees are applied at checkout.

2.2 Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

2.3 Payment Timing

  • One-time purchases: payment is due immediately.

  • Subscriptions: charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

3. Invoicing

Invoices are issued upon order completion and sent electronically.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.

4. Late Payments

If payment is not received by the due date:

  • A 1.5% monthly interest (or legal maximum) may apply.

  • Services may be suspended after 10 days of nonpayment.

5. Disputed Charges

Disputes must be raised within 15 days of the invoice date by emailing support@resetpeak.com.

6. Refunds and Credits

Refunds follow our Return and Refund Policy and are processed within 14 days of approval.

7. Taxes

Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes.
Tax-exempt customers must provide valid certification.

8. Billing Errors

If an overcharge or undercharge occurs, corrections will be made promptly.

9. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 30 days before renewal.

10. Payment Security

All transactions use SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal).

11. Changes to Billing Terms

We may update these Terms and post the revised version on our Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the six months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.
