1. Introduction

Reset Peak (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as a DBA of CNBK Peak Wellness LLC, registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, and wholly owned by CNBK Peak Wellness Group Ltd, registered in Ireland.

Different manufacturers follow different shipping, return, and warranty standards. This page outlines brand-specific guidelines that supplement (and, where noted, override) Reset Peak’s main Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy for certain products sold on www.resetpeak.com (“Website”).

Where a specific brand has stricter requirements, those rules apply.


2. How These Guidelines Work

To ensure transparency, these guidelines document:

  • Unique delivery requirements

  • Brand-level return eligibility

  • Warranty coverage and conditions

The following brands share unified shipping, return, and warranty handling standards unless otherwise noted:

Rento, Mr. Steam, Thermasol, Finlandia Sauna, Harvia, Kohler, Saunum, Cozy, Delta, Narvi, Kolo, HUUM, Hukka, Finnmark Designs, SaunaLife, AromaMist, and Pro Sauna.

Leisurecraft follows its own delivery and return rules and therefore has a separate section.


3. Unified Brand Group — Shipping, Returns & Warranty

(Applies to Harvia, HUUM, Finnmark Designs, SaunaLife, and all other listed brands except Leisurecraft)


3.1 Shipping (Unified Standard)

Products in this group may ship via ground service or LTL freight, depending on size, weight, and packaging requirements.

3.1.1 Ground Shipments

Used for smaller items such as:

  • Wall-mounted heaters

  • Controls and accessories

  • Residential steam generators

Ground shipments include:

  • Tracking

  • Secure packaging

  • Standard transit timeframes based on location

3.1.2 LTL Freight Shipments

Used for larger or heavier items such as:

  • Floor-standing heaters

  • Wood-burning stoves

  • Full sauna components

  • Multi-box shipments or heavy stone orders

Freight deliveries include:

  • Curbside delivery

  • Delivery appointment scheduling (when supported)

  • Palletized and reinforced packaging

3.1.3 Heavy Stone Shipments

Stone orders may incur higher shipping costs due to weight or availability.


3.2 Returns (Unified Standard)

Returns are accepted for new, unused, and uninstalled products within 30 days of delivery.

Requirements:

  • Product must be unopened

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Return Authorization (RMA) required

  • Correct carrier method (Ground or LTL) must be used

  • Insured return shipping is recommended

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Delivered incorrectly

  • Confirmed defective by the manufacturer

For customer-choice returns:

  • No fixed restocking fee

  • Re-boxing or repackaging fees may apply (typically $20–$50)

  • If the item returns damaged, a carrier claim must be filed before a refund can be issued


3.3 Warranty (Unified Overview)

Warranty coverage varies by brand and is detailed in sections 3.4 through 3.7.

Generally:

  • Manufacturing defects are covered

  • Normal wear, wood weathering, and cosmetic aging are not covered

  • Installation, removal, or labor costs are not covered

  • Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser

  • Misuse, improper installation, or modification voids coverage


3.4 Harvia — Brand Notes

3.4.1 Shipping

Harvia heaters, stoves, and accessories follow the unified shipping process.

3.4.2 Returns

Harvia products follow the return terms outlined in Section 3.2.

3.4.3 Warranty

Covers defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by model. Damage from incorrect installation or misuse is excluded.


3.5 HUUM — Brand Notes

3.5.1 Shipping

HUUM products ship via Ground or Freight depending on size and stone volume.

3.5.2 Returns

HUUM products follow the unified return rules.

3.5.3 Warranty

Covers manufacturing defects. Excludes electrical issues caused by improper installation or non-approved wiring.


3.6 Finnmark Designs — Brand Notes

3.6.1 Shipping

Finnmark infrared saunas and components are typically shipped via freight.

3.6.2 Returns

Finnmark products follow the unified return rules.

3.6.3 Warranty

Covers structural components and electrical systems. Excludes issues caused by incorrect electrical installation, misuse, or modifications.


3.7 SaunaLife — Brand Notes

3.7.1 Shipping

SaunaLife saunas and components follow the freight-based delivery process with curbside drop-off and appointment scheduling.

3.7.2 Returns

SaunaLife products follow the unified return rules.

3.7.3 Warranty

SaunaLife saunas include a Limited Lifetime Warranty for residential customers. This warranty covers defects in workmanship in factory-assembled components.

Coverage includes:

  • Structural components

  • Factory-assembled parts

Exclusions include:

  • Normal wear and wood weathering

  • Cosmetic changes

  • Improper installation issues

  • Commercial use

  • Damage from chemicals, misuse, or excessive temperatures

  • Movement of the product

  • Heaters or electrical add-ons (covered separately by their manufacturers)

Warranty Process:

  1. Contact Reset Peak with photos and issue details

  2. Additional inspection steps may be requested

  3. SaunaLife may repair or replace the affected component

  4. Some parts may require shipment for evaluation (authorization required)

  5. Customer covers inbound shipping for warranty evaluations

The warranty is void if the sauna is altered, misused, incorrectly installed, or exposed to non-approved chemicals or conditions.


4. Leisurecraft — Shipping, Returns & Warranty (Independent Manufacturer)


4.1 Shipping

4.1.1 Processing Times

  • In-stock items typically ship within 3 business days

  • Out-of-stock items usually ship within one week

4.1.2 Freight Delivery Requirements

Leisurecraft products are delivered via curbside freight. Customers are responsible for unloading the crate.

Crates typically:

  • Weigh between 800 and 1600 lbs

  • Range from 6 to 14 ft in length

  • May exceed liftgate limits (crates over 92 inches usually require alternate unloading methods)

Recommended unloading options:

  • Forklift with extensions

  • Tilt-bed tow truck

  • A team of capable helpers

Any visible damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading and photographed.


4.2 Returns

Leisurecraft does not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

If an order arrives damaged:

  • Document the damage with photos

  • Contact Reset Peak promptly

  • Leisurecraft will supply replacement wood or components

  • All packaging must be retained until the issue is resolved


4.3 Warranty

Leisurecraft provides a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Typical exclusions include natural wood variations, cosmetic aging, weathering, installation errors, and misuse.
