Reset Peak (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as a DBA of CNBK Peak Wellness LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, and is wholly owned by CNBK Peak Wellness Group Ltd, registered in Ireland.

For customers located in the United States and Canada, services are provided by CNBK Peak Wellness LLC (DBA Reset Peak). For administrative and ownership purposes, CNBK Peak Wellness Group Ltd (Ireland) acts as the parent company.

This Return and Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through www.resetpeak.com (“Website”).


2. Eligibility for Returns

2.1 Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

2.2 Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • In the same condition that you received them

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2.3 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

  • Personalized, hygiene-sensitive, or perishable goods

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Items must be returned within 10 business days of receiving approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

4.1 Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

4.2 Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, email support@resetpeak.com within 14 days of delivery.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, check your payment account first. Then contact your bank or card issuer. If issues persist, contact us at support@resetpeak.com for assistance.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our Website with the revised Effective Date.
