Reset Peak (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as a DBA of CNBK Peak Wellness LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, and wholly owned by CNBK Peak Wellness Group Ltd, registered in Ireland.
For customers located in the United States and Canada, services are provided by CNBK Peak Wellness LLC (DBA Reset Peak). For administrative and ownership purposes, CNBK Peak Wellness Group Ltd (Ireland) acts as the parent company.
This Returns & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and damaged-product claims are handled for purchases made through our website, www.resetpeak.com (“Website”).
2. Standard Return Eligibility
2.1 Return Window
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
2.2 Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return:

All original packaging, materials, manuals, and accessories must be included

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
3.1 Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
3.2 Freight Returns for Large Items
For large items (saunas, cold plunge tubs, steam units), return shipping must be arranged via freight. Freight return costs can be significant due to weight, size, and carrier requirements.
3.3 Company Responsibility
Reset Peak covers return shipping costs only when:

4. Restocking Fees
4.1 Manufacturer Policies
Many of our manufacturers charge a restocking fee for returned items, typically ranging from 15% to 30% of the product price.
4.2 Communication of Fees
Any applicable restocking fee will be disclosed before a return is finalized and deducted from the refund amount.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products that have been opened, installed, assembled, or used

Custom-built, made-to-order, or personalized products

Items without original packaging or missing components

Items shipped outside the U.S. and Canada

Items that fall under manufacturer-specific “no return” policies (see Section 6)
6. Brand-Specific Return Restrictions
Some manufacturers impose stricter return rules. These supersede general Reset Peak return rules for the applicable products.
6.1 Brands With No Returns Allowed
Certain brands (e.g., Leisurecraft) do not accept returns for any reason other than shipping damage.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
7.1 Reporting Timeframe
You must report damage or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery for freight shipments and within 7 days for parcel shipments.

7.3 Resolution Process
We will work with the manufacturer to arrange one of the following:

Do not dispose of the product or packaging until the claim is completed.

Refunds are issued only after:

The manufacturer or warehouse inspects the returned product

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
