For customers located in the United States and Canada, services are provided by CNBK Peak Wellness LLC (DBA Reset Peak). For administrative and ownership purposes, CNBK Peak Wellness Group Ltd (Ireland) acts as the parent company.

3.1 United States (Domestic Shipping)

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders shipped within the continental United States unless otherwise stated on a product page.

  • Freight deliveries include curbside drop-off only.

3.2 Canada (International Shipping)

  • Shipping to Canada is not free.

  • All shipping costs, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout.

  • Availability varies by brand and product.

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

4.2 Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

4.3 Weekend and Holiday Orders

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

5.2 Canada (International)

  • Standard International Delivery: 7–14 business days

6. Shipping Methods and Carriers

6.1 Shipment Tracking

All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit.


7. Curbside Freight Delivery (Large Items)

Large items such as saunas and cold plunge tubs ship via LTL freight.

Freight deliveries include:

  • Curbside drop-off only

  • Delivery appointment scheduling

  • Palletized and boxed shipment

  • Customer responsibility for moving the item from curbside to the final location


8. Delivery Issues

8.1 Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your delivery is delayed or tracking shows no updates:

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, check with neighbors or building staff before contacting us

8.2 Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product

  2. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt

  3. Contact us within 48 hours

We will arrange a replacement or assist in filing a carrier claim.


9. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your shipment:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and details of the missing item(s)

We will resolve the issue by reshipping the item or issuing a refund.


10. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

10.1 Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Large items must be returned via freight

  • Certain brands (e.g., Leisurecraft) do not accept returns except for shipping damage

10.2 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Reset Peak covers return shipping only for errors on our part

Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and confirmed.

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment

  • Additional shipping charges may apply
